Home is Charlotte, where he's a Director and Head Pro at a major pickleball facility. The two lives feed each other: the tour sharpens his game, the floor keeps him close to the players just learning it.

That reach runs past the city limits. Edward has traveled internationally to compete and teach — India among the stops — and treats every new room as a chance to get someone hooked on the sport.

The through-line is people. He gets loud and competitive on court, then talks for hours off it. The goal is simple: leave everyone he meets a little more excited to play.
